KILLED
2001
I came upon a child of God
He was walkin down the road
And I asked him
Where are you going
And this he told me

I'm going down to Rainbow Farm
Going to join in a rock n roll band
Gonna camp out on the land
and get my soul free

We are stardust
We are golden
And we have to get ourselves
Back to the garden

By the time I saw Tom & Rollie
There were people everywhere
There was a rainbow in the sky
And flowers in the meadow

We are stardust
We are family
And we knew a little heaven
inside the rainbow

When it came down to the end
And the Feds locked down the road
All that was left alone
were Tom and Rollie

What was the reason
Did they deserve to die
For havin' some sweet grass music
And sharin the free blue sky

Someone gunned them down
in the name of government
There was no place to run
And Tom and Rollie weren't leaving

We are stardust
We are family
And we knew a little heaven
inside the rainbow

And when the sad day came
To lay them to final rest
There was a rainbow in the sky
With Tom and Rollie

They are smilin up there
Making rainbows in the air
Making music with the angels
And their souls are free

We are stardust
We are golden
We are all God's Children
In Our Mother's Garden.....

(Sing to the tune of Woodstock)
